Yes, the battery is removeable, you could charge the battery on the bike or in door.

You can access the charge port and the USB port on all Mokdern electric bike models without removing the the battery from the bike.Also your battery can be brought inside and set to charge.

A charger is included with the bike. You do not need to buy it separately.

Batteries typically last 5-6 years. However, this can vary depending on how much you use your e-bike. Mokdern batteries will still deliver more than 80% of their original capacity after 500 charge cycles.

To prolong the lifetime of the battery there are several procedures that can be followed. The main ones include:

1.If storing the battery for more than 2 weeks it should be kept in a cool, dry place with a 70%-80% charge remaining in it.

2.Avoid running the battery completely flat. Charging batteries when they still have 10-15% of power remaining will significantly extend their lifetime.

Our ebike is especially waterproof, you can ride it freely in rainy days

Our batteries are very safe when used and will not become hot. If this problem occurs, you can directly contact our customer service to solve it

Our ebike can still change gears when there is no battery, it is very easy and effortless

If the items in your order have already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. However, you are welcome to cooperate with our return team to return the product after receiving the order. We cannot modify existing product exchange orders. To change the bicycle or accessory on the order to a different color or product, we need to remove it from the order or cancel the entire order and refund you. From there, you can place a new order for the correct item through our website.

Mokdern Ebike has a 14-day returns and exchanges policy. You may return your merchandise to Mokdern Ebike within 14 days upon the receipt of your product and returned product must be in resalable condition. Refunds will be returned to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Items purchased with promotional items (e.g., free gifts-with-purchase, buy-one-get-one-free items, etc.) can only be refunded with the promotional item included with your return. If the promotional item is not included in your return, the total amount of the promotional item will be deducted from your total return amount
