How to return it?
Return Time
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from receipt. After more than 30 days from receipt of the product, we unfortunately cannot offer you returns or exchanges.

Gift
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed to you upon receipt of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves and delivered it to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and he will know about your return.
Exchange Conditions
We only replace defective or damaged items, and we offer a free replacement service. The cost of other product replacement needs to be borne by the customer.
The product with missing parts does not support replacement, contact customer service, and it will be reissued free of charge
After delivery
Order cancellation: If your order has been shipped and cannot be modified, it is not possible to return the goods. After receiving the goods, the customer can choose to return the goods by himself or arrange the return by himself, but he needs to pay a 15% cancellation fee and bear the return fee by himself. The reason, we do not guarantee that the goods will be fully received, will be borne by the customer himself.
Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, there will be a $20 processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you can refuse the package, but you will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of the e-bike fee yourself. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.

How can the money be received?
1. Refund Conditions
Our policy is to provide refunds for orders within 30 days of receipt of the product. If 30 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, see Returns Policy for detailed return conditions
2. Refund time and refund method
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of the refund
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 days, we do not support changing the refund method
3. Delayed or lost refunds
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for you to receive your money transfer may vary.
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

7. Return shipping charges
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
8. Special Reminder
If you're shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we reserve the right to reverse your refund if your returned item is not received by our Returns Center.
