Missing Parts

Is your electric bike missing a battery or other accessories, etc.? We get your assembly back on track! Use the steps below to help determine your next steps:
1) The part you are missing may not be missing at all. Probably because the accessories are stored in the shipping location, so it is difficult to find them. Check out our manual to determine if your accessories are hidden.

2) If after checking for hidden parts, you are still missing something, we will send you a replacement part or hardware for free within 14 days of delivery. Just visit your order form to get started.

Lost Parts Policy:

You must contact us regarding any missing parts within 14 days of the delivery date for resolution. We reserve the right to refuse service on any damaged or defective items reported more than 14 days after the delivery date.

If replacement parts don't solve the problem, you can request a refund or exchange through your order. We offer several solutions when your order is incorrect. To help you complete your order, we may require photos and/or request the return of the original item when a solution is provided. If you have been instructed to return the original item and it has not been received by our returns center, we reserve the right to withdraw the refund or charge for the replacement.
